The Korean Heritage Performing Arts Foundation collects as little personal information as possible from visitors, and does not use what it collects for anything other than replying to inquiries.
Information we collect
Through the inquiry form we collect your name, email address, organization (optional), topic and message. To block spam and detect misuse, we also record the IP address used and the language in which the inquiry was submitted. We do not offer membership or account registration, and we never collect payment information.
Why we collect it
We use it only to reply to inquiries and to manage their handling status. We do not use it for marketing mail, sale to third parties, or user profiling.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for two years after they are handled, and delete records once that period passes. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so without delay.
Processors
To operate the website we entrust hosting, database, mail delivery and spam prevention services to external providers. Those providers process information only within the scope of that purpose, and the foundation never sells personal information or provides it for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Please write to info@khpaf.org and we will act on it after verifying your identity.
Security
Collected information is stored in a database with restricted access, and traffic between your browser and our server is encrypted. The administration screens are reachable only by authenticated administrators.
Contact
For questions about how we handle personal information, please write to info@khpaf.org. Our location and other ways to reach us are listed on the Contact page.
